I want to contact the Data Protection Officer

I have a question or a problem regarding my personal data, or I want to make a complaint because I believe that the use of my data does not comply with current regulations on personal data protection.

In this case, I should contact Somfy's Data Protection Officer (DPO).

I can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority (DPA) in my country or in the country where the data controller is located.

 

Please note that the DPO will not be able to assist me with any other issues, such as customer service, my orders, etc.
